Unconditional Bontrager Guarantee

If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.

This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, we will return it to you at your expense.

Specialized Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should an item fail to meet your expectations, we'll gladly accept its return within 30 days of the original purchase. An exchange can also be made within 30 days for the exact item in a different size or color. It is not possible to do an exchange for an item that is of a different price, however. 

Applicable on parts, accessories, apparel, and components (bicycles excluded). Must provide proof of purchase.
